Tim Rupp is a retired Police Sergeant with over 10 years of full-time experience as a Pastor. He understands the need for protecting houses of worship, and is qualified to teach us how. Church has traditionally been a place where we expect our families to be safe from physical harm. We expect families to worship without the fear of being harmed or killed. But things have changed. Many Pastors and church leaders object to having armed and trained personnel, while many others simply don't know where to begin.

He also answers basic questions related to where a church should start in developing a team, conducting training, and offers a few "high impact" ideas that can be implemented immediately and have a significant effect on making houses of worship harder targets.
